Background
Through interviews and expert reviews, we discovered that the efficiency of managing products was low. To address this, I optimized the operational process to enhance efficiency.
Problem Analysis
I analyzed the research data and identified key features that could be optimized.

Product Card
The product card should enable streamers to quickly access basic product information and easily perform operations. To achieve this, I adjusted the information layout and displayed all key operations in an expanded format.
Old version
The displayed information is limited.
Key details that help streamers assess product value are in small text.
Many essential operations are collapsed, making them difficult to view and use.
New version
Information display and operation path
Considering that price, stock, and sales help streamers assess product value, these three key data are emphasized by placing them on the right for clearer visibility.
Essential operations are displayed directly to shorten the operation path, enhancing convenience for streamers.
Edit icons are added, allowing streamers to directly edit product labels and streamline the operation process.
Visual effect
Since streamers are already familiar with their products, product images are reduced in size, and product names are collapsed to save space.
Product labels on the right side of the image are limited to three lines, with less frequently used labels placed below the image to reduce visual crowding.
Product Card Structure
Product Sorting
The original product sorting operation required streamers to click the sorting icon and navigate to a secondary page to make adjustments, resulting in a long path and complicated process. I placed the sorting button directly on the product card, where it remains hidden under normal circumstances and only appears when the mouse hovers over it. Streamers can reorder the product cards by dragging or entering the serial number.

Group Management
The original group management portal was hidden in a secondary page that appeared when adding a product to a group, requiring at least two clicks to access. This process was too long and didn't meet streamers' expectations. To improve this, I added a new group management icon at the top of the shelf, allowing streamers to click and bring up a secondary page for direct group management operations. Additionally, I shortened the operation paths for adding, sorting, deleting, and editing, reducing the burden on streamers.

Add to group
I redesigned the “Add to Group” pop-up window according to Meituan's design guidelines.
